Samantha Alexes is a 43 year pageant veteran.  She has many State, Regional, National and International titles under her belt which makes her more than qualified to head up the California team.  She has also coached delegates of all ages in all areas of competition.   What makes this lady so special is that she is a former State, National, and International Winner of the All World Beauties Pageant system which gives her a cutting edge to train new delegates.  She is now serving as Ms. All World Beauties Lifetime Dutchess #7.
